Hungary head coach Marco Rossi has compared Manchester United’s Daniel James to Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain for the exceptional pace exhibited on the playing field.
The 22-year-old has made a huge impression since joining the Red Devils during the summer and he has already amassed three goals and two assists in the English top-flight.
During this period, the United fans have been able to witness the attacker’s sheer pace on the counter-attack and the same has Rossi, who has compared the Welshman with Paris Saint-Germain and France’s Mbappe.
“James is a player that is playing with a motorbike because he is really fast. I have never seen someone in the last period as fast as him, maybe Mbappe. He’s unbelievable,” he told.
Rossi made the comment before Hungary’s Euro 2020 qualifier against Wales, where the latter celebrated a 2-0 triumph in front of their home supporters in Cardiff.
Aaron Ramsey was the star of the show with a goal in either half and that ensured that Ryan Giggs’ side qualified for their second European tournament on the bounce.
