Manchester United star agrees terms over £180,000-a-week contract ahead of move to Serie A giants

Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has reportedly agreed personal terms over a £180,000-a-week contract with Inter Milan ahead of his proposed move to the Serie A side this summer.

The Belgian has been regularly linked with an Old Trafford exit in the past few weeks and it appears that the same could come to fruition in the near future.

According to The Sun, the former Everton man has reached an agreement in terms of the contract package with the Nerazzurri and the club now need to finalise a transfer sum with the Red Devils.

United are said to be keen to recoup the entire £75m fee paid to Everton two years and it remains to be seen whether Antonio Conte’s side will seek to negotiate on the eventual valuation.

Lukaku have already amassed 42 goals during his two seasons with United but he has received criticism from a section of the fans for the tendency to squander clear-cut chances.

In the recent campaign, he found himself playing second fiddle to Marcus Rashford in the backend of the season and managed just 15 goals across all competitions.
