A selection of Chelsea FC fans have heaped praise on Christian Pulisic in the aftermath of the club’s 1-0 Premier League win over Newcastle United on Saturday.
The United States international has had a difficult beginning to his career with the Blues and he has not made a Premier League start for them since the September international break.
Pulisic was brought on after the hour mark of the recent Premier League meeting against the Magpies and he was impressive with his movement and precise distribution.
The attacker had a glorious chance to find the net shortly after his substitute appearance but he made up for the same by providing the key pass for Hudson-Odoi, who assisted Marcos Alonso’s winning strike.
Blues boss Frank Lampard has already expressed his pleasure over the attacker’s performance and a few of the club’s faithful have now talked up the cameo from the former Borussia Dortmund man.

Pulisic has made just one start in the League Cup since the September international break and he has plenty of work to do before commanding a regular role from the lineup.
Still, there are positives to carry forward from the Magpies clash and it remains to be seen whether the 21-year-old can find the consistency to meet the demands of Lampard.
