Strongest Predicted Manchester United lineup (4-3-3) to face Arsenal, Greenwood and James start

Manchester United have the opportunity to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they tackle Arsenal on Monday night.

The Red Devils have a dominant record against the Gunners at Old Trafford and they have not succumbed to a league defeat against them at the stadium since 2006.

Still, they need to come up with a strong performance to preserve the record and secure a vital three points to keep them within reach of the top four positions.

Formation: 4-3-3

Predicted Lineup:

Solskjaer is unlikely to make any changes to the backline and it should remain the same from recent league matches. David de Gea should feature in goal with a defence comprising of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof and Ashley Young.

Arsenal are likely to come up with a three-man midfield system with Dani Ceballos playing in an advanced role. Solskjaer may consider matching the tactic by playing the likes of Scott McTominay, Nemanja Matic and Andreas Pereira.

Paul Pogba remains a major doubt for the game with an ankle swelling while Fred may have to settle for a bench role, given Solskjaer could prefer an additional defensive midfielder to control the proceedings in the centre of the park.

Meanwhile, Jesse Lingard and Daniel James picked themselves on the right and left side of the attack with Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial out injured. Upfront, Mason Greenwood should start after contributing a goal in each of his past two appearances.
