Super-agent Mino Raiola has revealed that his client Hirving Lozano is expected to stay put in the Eredivisie for the season with PSV Eindhoven having no plans of sanctioning his sale.
A recent report indicated that the Blues could make a winter raid for the Mexico international with manager Maurizio Sarri wanting another wideman in the ranks after Christian Pulisic was instantly loaned out to Borussia Dortmund.
However, in an interview with Eindhovens Dagblad, Raiola has revealed that attacker has basically no chance of leaving in a mid-season move with PSV unlikely to entertain the same, he said: “Hirving stays at PSV until the summer. PSV doesn’t want to sell him now.”
Meanwhile, the Italian representative went further to indicate that Chelsea are not interested in signing the Mexican at the moment, although the British media has stated otherwise amid the Blues’ recent crisis in the attack front.
Chelsea witnessed the likes of Olivier Giroud, Willian and Pedro sit out the FA Cup third round win over Nottingham Forest at the weekend but the former two are expected to return ahead of the League Cup semi-final first leg at Tottenham Hotspur in midweek.
