Chelsea youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi is reportedly holding out for a potential transfer to Bayern Munich this month with contract discussions currently at a standstill.
The teenager has already been the subject of two separate bids from the German champions but on both occasions, the Blues have turned down the advances without consideration.
However, this does not appear to have ceased the speculation regarding the attacker’s future with The Mirror claiming that the Blues have yet to hold any contract talks with the Englishman.
Hudson-Odoi currently has 18 months remaining on his current deal with the Blues and letting him enter the final year of his contract in the summer would most likely lower his valuation further.
As such, the Blues are facing a difficult situation during the backend of the transfer window with Hudson-Odoi said to be determined to join Bayern, where he could have a better chance of cementing a starting role.
Bayern have expected to lose Arjen Robben when his contract expires in the summer and this could offer Hudson-Odoi with an opportunity to compete for a starting spot.
