Christian Pulisic has said that he is pleased to contribute towards another league victory for Chelsea FC and he needs to continuing working harder to meet the demands of the west London side.
The USA international recently bagged his maiden professional hat-trick in the 4-2 league win at Burnley and he has continued the good form by bagging what was the winning goal against Watford.
Following the Blues’ 2-1 triumph, Pulisic said that he is delighted with how things have paved for him in recent weeks and thanked his teammates for helping him to settle after a tough start to the season.
“I feel confident but the hard work does not stop now for me. It is so much fun to play with these guys up front who help me so much,” he was quoted as saying by Yahoo! Sport.
Since the return from the international break, Pulisic has bagged four goals and an assist, and he could have further bettered his tally with better composure in front of goal.
Still, that won’t concern the fans so long as he keeps performing at a consistent level. Pulisic is likely to start for the Blues when they entertain Ajax in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
