Higuain and Willian start, Strongest Predicted Chelsea lineup (4-3-3) to beat Huddersfield

Chelsea have the opportunity to shed their midweek Premier League disappointment against Bournemouth when they face Huddersfield Town at the Bridge tomorrow.

The Blues have been lying in the top four positions for most of the season but they lost the grip in the past meeting where Bournemouth thrashed them by a comfortable 4-0 scoreline.

Formation: 4-3-3

Predicted Lineup:

Kepa Arrizabalaga has been the club’s undisputed first-choice goalkeeper and he should start between the sticks with any doubts. However, the backline may witness a couple of changes with Emerson and David Luiz potentially being excluded from the starting XI. In their places, we are anticipating starts for Marcos Alonso and Andreas Christensen.

In this case, Cesar Azpilicueta and Alonso should feature on either side of the central defence with Christensen partnering Antonio Rudiger at the heart of the backline.

In the midfield, Jorginho and N’Golo Kante have been nearly ever-presents in the centre of the park and they should retain their positions. Alongside them, Ross Barkley could be handed a starting role with Mateo Kovacic failing to impress sufficiently.

In the frontline, Eden Hazard is certain to feature on the left wing and he could be accompanied by Willian on the opposite end while Gonzalo Higuain is pretty much guaranteed the role of leading the line after his recent arrival from Juventus on loan.
