Sky Sports pundit Charlie Nicholas has stated his prediction for the forthcoming Premier League clash between Manchester City and Chelsea FC at the Etihad Stadium.
The Blues go into the game with the better form with six-match winning league streak but they will be up against a Manchester City, who have generally excelled in front of their supporters.
Ahead of the weekend clash, Nicholas has provided his Premier League predictions on Sky Sports and the former Arsenal star believes the Cityzens should return to winning ways after the recent loss at Liverpool.
Pep Guardiola’s side have often come up with a strong response after suffering defeats in the league and Nicholas feels there could be an open game which could play into the hands of the reigning league champions.
Chelsea have fared impressively in the league over the past couple of months but they have had the tendency to concede goals especially away from home.
The west London side have improved on the same aspect in recent weeks but the current side of youth and experience have yet to prove their credentials against an elite Premier League outfit.
The Blues have already succumbed to defeats to Liverpool and Manchester United this term and they need to keep a strong concentration at the Etihad, where the Cityzens dominate sides, who come up with an attack-minded approach.
