Strongest Predicted Chelsea FC lineup (4-3-3) to face Burnley, Pulisic and Mount start

Chelsea FC have the chance to register a seventh-straight victory across all competitions when they face Burnley away from home in the Premier League.

The west London side are presently occupying the fourth position in the league standings but they face a tricky encounter against the Clarets with just two of the previous five meetings resulting in wins.

Formation: 4-3-3

Predicted Lineup:

Kepa Arrizabalaga has played every minute of the club’s Champions League and Premier League campaign and he is expected to start between the sticks. The Spaniard has bagged back-to-back clean sheets.

Blues boss Frank Lampard has confirmed that there has been no boost on the fitness front with Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger still out of contention.

The defensive combination should remain the same with Cesar Azpilicueta and Emerson in the full-back slots while Fikayo Tomori should partner Kurt Zouma at the heart of the backline.

In the midfield, there was no selection doubts with Ross Barkley, N’Golo Kante and Ruben Loftus-Cheek continuing to remain unavailable. Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic and Mason Mount are expected to command the roles in the centre of the park.

In the attack front, there could be the solitary change from recent games with Callum Hudson-Odoi dropping to the bench for Christian Pulisic, who has been lively with his cameo performances.

Hudson-Odoi had a relatively average night in Ajax after a stunning start to the campaign and Lampard may consider offering him with a breather and bring Pulisic back into the Premier League starting XI after two months.

Elsewhere, Willian should continue to keep his starting spot alongside Tammy Abraham but the latter needs to continue scoring goals particularly with Michy Batshuayi shining off the bench of late.

Predicted Chelsea FC lineup (4-2-3-1): Kepa Arrizabalaga, Cesar Azpilicueta, Kurt Zouma, Fikayo Tomori, Marcos Alonso, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic, Mason Mount, Willian, Christian Pulisic, Tammy Abraham
