Revealed: Arsenal and Liverpool get to know asking price for Hakim Ziyech

Dutch champions Ajax have reportedly mentioned the price tag of Moroccan winger Hakim Ziyech amid the widespread interest from elite European clubs.

The 26-year-old had a stellar season with Ajax during the previous campaign where he contributed towards more than 30 goals while helping the team reach the semi-final phase of the Champions League.

Amidst this, sporting director Marc Overmars has already acknowledged that the winger would be parting ways with the club and the Eredivisie holders have now revealed their valuation for the player.

According to The Mirror, Ajax are willing to accept a fee of just around £30m for the Moroccan, who is keen on pursuing a bigger challenge elsewhere.

So far, the winger is said to have snubbed the advances from Roma and it will be interesting to see whether Arsenal or Liverpool make an approach for his signature.

Jurgen Klopp’s side should have the advantage after recently lifting the Champions League crown but the Gunners may not be far behind in the player’s pursuit with Ziyech publicly admitting his likeliness for the club.
