Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez has expressed his desire to link up with Manchester City at the end of the campaign. The Chilean has been a key performer for the Gunners since his move from Barcelona in the summer of 2014.
The 26-year-old had a great debut season with the Gunners last term as they went on to lift the FA Cup for a second season running.
However, his second year has been a mixed one with a hamstring problem slowing his progress during the second half of the campaign.
According to The Mirror, Alexis has signalled his agent to look upon a move to Manchester City as he feels the Gunners have reached their maximum potential in the top flight.
The news comes about days after Alexis was seen storming down the tunnel following his substitution in his side’s 1-0 win over Norwich City.
The talented forward has amassed 16 goals in all competitions for Arsene Wenger’s side this term.
